1979 35ft Ericson ex-race sailboat in excellent condition and now setup for cruise or liveaboard.
AC/DC, holding plate refrigeration, hot&cold pressured water, GPS and radar, 2 main sails, roller furling jib, hydraulic auto pilot, depth, speed, and wind direction log, new jib sheets, new main sheets, and new teak interior.
Bottom paint finished within a year.
